Hello Becca Diaries friends. How are you all this morning? Happy New Month to you and welcome to the season of opportunities.

Sometime in 2018, during my National Youth Service Corps programme at Uyo, Akwa-ibom Nigeria, I applied for a fellowship programme and somehow didn’t get selected. I felt bad and beat up myself so much for it that at some point it was as if I carried the world’s problems on my shoulders.

Later that year, the Kashim Ibrahim Fellowship Programme came up and I applied, about 3 days to the deadline. Guess what, I got selected to learn the ropes of leadership and governance with the Kaduna State Government.

The next one year since June 2018 when I read that message “Congratulations, you have been selected…” would be the most fulfilling days of my life. However, I do hope for even better days.

After my graduation from the fellowship in July 2019, I have applied for a number of programmes and I’m still on it.

Friends, it’s that time of the year again, where several calls would be made for grants, fellowships, scholarships, and many other opportunities.

Come with me. Don’t sleep on it! – Grab the Opportunities

Beginning with the month of September towards November, there will be outpours of applications and you don’t want to miss out.

I know for sure that if I want to hear another “Congratulations”, then, I must put in the required efforts right now.

I can’t over-emphasize the role of efforts, right? Without planting, you can’t harvest. Nothing good comes by the folding of arms.

Today, I’ll be introducing three different opportunities to you, a grant and two scholarships.
