Meet Irene Alex
Irene Faith Ikodiya Alexander fondly called Irene Alex is a French student in the prestigious Ahmadu Bello University Zaria; She is a singer, song writer and a business consultant at the Century 21 Freedom Group (C21FG).
The young-adult hails from Obi Local Government Area of Benue-Nigeria and fluently speaks Igede, English and French. Her goal is simple: impacting young people in her own little way. In that regard, she runs a podcast tagged “Make We Yan” where she talks about overcoming the challenges of the 21st century youth.
The 18 years old passionate singer with the voice of an angel and the vibe of an African goddess, has recorded two songs in French: “A cover of Teni’s Billionaire, and Simi’s “Duduke” which is her recent piece.
Some singers who have inspired her are: Chris Brown, Jason Durelo, Nicki Minaj, Beyonce, Tiwa savage, Teni, Yemi Alade, Burna boy, Davido, Falz, Joeboy, Fireboy among others.
“I hope to work with them someday”, she prays.
